To
Peter Johann,

it's incredibly rare to experience a time when one day – just one 13-hour stretch of time between polls
opening and polls closing – can literally determine the course of our entire history. Our entire future.
But that's what we're staring down, right now.

This is our time. And we don't have to wait another day to make the future we want. We can seize it, tomorrow, one
ballot at a time.

And I know we will. I've never been so proud and so humbled to be part of any team. Aiming this high isn't a coward's
game and when you stepped up and decided to be part of this team, that took courage. And holy cow, when you
turned that courage into action, you put up serious numbers to show for it: sending over 10 million texts to voters,
bringing in over 140,000 grassroots donations, and engaging thousands of volunteers – not to mention helping turn
out over 7 million votes in the primary.

So thank you – I'll never be able to say that enough. But I know you're not done. We're not done. Because I know,
deep down, that our destiny is not to go down as just the most powerful primary campaign in California history. We've
got so much more story to tell, history to make, vision to set into action. And tomorrow, we either achieve what we set
out to, or we settle. You've proven to me time and again that you're not willing to settle for less than what this state
deserves – and that means we don't slow down, we don't let up, we push as hard as we can through the very last
minute.

I just keep thinking about the stakes of these votes we're turning out. When we talk about expanding opportunity and
accelerating progress, about embracing diversity and seizing potential, we're talking about California. But when we
talk about rooting out inequality, we're talking about California then, too – because we still have so much work to do to
make sure that the California Dream is accessible to every one of us. So if we fail tomorrow, if people give up, don't
vote – the whole state suffers. And we all know this election isn't even about just our state.

Tomorrow, we have the chance we've waited two years for: the chance to take back Congress and really, truly put a
check on the Trump agenda. And you can quote me on this: There is no other state that has more power to choose
that course than California. We have 11 seats to flip, right here in our backyards – in Modesto and Orange County,
Santa Clarita and Bakersfield, and more. We've worked so hard for months, and I know that when the polls close, we
will have left it all on the field. This moment – this opportunity – calls for nothing less.

This has always been the fight of our lives, and it won't be easy. But we don't want it to be. Nothing worth fighting for
ever is. And there's nothing more worth fighting for right now than voting to make people's lives better – across
California and this whole country.

So tomorrow is when we take all our energy, all our hard work, and direct it straight into turning out those final critical
votes. That's what it's always been coming down to, and now it's here. And if we win big – if we sweep those state
races and take back the House starting right here in California – everything we get to do with that power will be the
output of your input.

So rest up tonight, and then tomorrow? Vote, if you haven't yet. Get everybody you know to vote. Find a stranger,
make them vote. One person inspiring their friends and family to vote could change the course of history, without
exaggeration. And get ready, because future generations are counting on us to win this thing – and if we do, we're
about to change the world.

This team has made clear we intend to make a difference. But intentions don't change lives – tomorrow, VOTES do.
So get out there. Vote your heart out. Show everyone you know how it's done. Inspire them like you've inspired me for
three years. Do California justice like you have been as part of this team. THANK YOU for everything – everything –
you've done to make our future something we'll be proud to hand down to our kids.

Let's go.

Gavin
